Guidelines

I thought you might like to know the guidelines of the gathering so know what is expected of you.

  • What happens in circle stays in circle.  This is a safe and sacred place, it is a place to express yourself as a women in a loving way and to grow and learn who you are. I emphasise :what happens in circle stays in circle.  It is very important that we honour each other and allow each of us to express ourselves authentically, without worrying whether our deepest fears/worries are being told to everyone in the local supermarket!

  • Be Authentic.  If you need to:- burp, fart, scream, cry, yell,or laugh etc. than do so!! We can not move forward by suppressing who we really are.  You need to let your fellow Goddesses know what is really going on inside of you, because you may well clear the way for someone else to express what is going on inside of them.

  • Share your experiences.  You may have advice that may help some one else.  So please speak up, and let yourself be heard.

  • Bring a small plate of food to share.

  • Dress authentically, be comfortable in who you are and express yourself appropriately!  If you like to dress up in a Goddess fashion than please do.  Anything soft flowy or feminine.  For the first time please wear something red, if you have it a red scarf or flower in your hair is fine.  If you don't own anything red than that is OK too.  If you happen to be a jeans girl and don't feel comfortable in anything else, than jeans are fine.  Dress in layers, so you can peel layers off or add them on, as temperature seems to fluctuate up & down a bit.  But most importantly dress comfortably.
