This is a must attend event for women of all ages. I am happy to be able to bring this movie and information to you, so you can feel better about being in your own skin as a woman. It is empowering to know that the way we view menstrual health currently may actually be able to be viewed in a more empowered way, than we currently view it.
We must also consider what messages we are currently sending our children about our menstrual cycles. There is a more clearer and healthier message, than the one we are currently putting out there, and receiving.
I think this is a very important message to learn for ourselves so we can pass it on to our children and our children's children. This message is about learning more about how we can help ourselves and our fellow sisters to have a more healthy body image, but also how our bodies let us know what is wrong so we can lead more healthy and well-balanced lives more naturally.
I am excited because it is a very inspiring way to look at ourselves in a different light. Empowering to know that we can utilise our menstrual cycle to grow and make the changes we need to make in order to life a better life. You Gotta Love That!
